We recommend paying your remaining course balance in cash upon arrival at Kerala Yogashala, as it is the most convenient and cost-effective payment option for both students and the school. For your convenience, we also accept:- Bank Transfer, Debit Card and Credit Card. Please note that payments made via bank transfer or credit/debit card may incur additional bank or transaction processing fees. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the student.

- We highly recommend paying the remaining balance in cash, as these methods are the most convenient and cost-effective for both you and the academy.
- We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and credit card payments. Please note that additional transaction fees may apply to cover bank processing charges
- PayPal is a suitable method for paying the deposit. Kerala Yogashala also accepts full payments via PayPal, but a 7% additional charge applies, as per PayPal's processing fees and policies in India.
Refund Policy
At Kerala Yogashala, we value transparency and aim to provide clarity regarding our refund policies. Please read the following terms carefully before making your booking.
Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit (200 Euro) is required to secure your spot in the course.
- The deposit is non-transferable to another person or future course unless approved under special circumstances.
Cancellation by the Participant
If a participant cancels 30 days or more before the course start date:
- The deposit will be retained.
- Any additional amount paid (excluding the deposit) can be refunded or transferred to a future course within 12 months.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start date:
- No refund will be provided.
- In special cases (with valid reason), the academy may allow transfer of fees to a future course within the next 6 months, subject to availability.
No Show / Early Departure
- No refund will be given in case of a no-show, or if the student leaves the course early for personal reasons or violation of school guidelines.
Cancellation by Kerala Yogashala
- If the course is canceled by Kerala Yogashala due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, low enrollment, or emergencies), a full refund including the deposit will be offered or the participant may choose to transfer the booking to a future course.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the same method of payment, minus any transfer or transaction fees charged by the bank or payment provider.
