Rahul Negi
Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher
Rahul is a young, energetic yoga instructor specializing in Hatha and Ashtanga-vinyasa traditions. Through yoga, he wants to inspire people to set long term health and fitness goals for themselves to improve their well-being. Rahul has been working with students of varying skill levels and is proficient in modifications, alignments and adjustment of asanas. He has been teaching at Aadi Yoga School since 2019. While in Rishikesh, he teaches in 200-hour courses and also in drop-in yoga classes.
Santhosh
Anatomy Teacher
Santhosh Krishnan is a Registered Yoga Teacher under the Quality Council of India, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India and is a certified yoga teacher under Yoga Alliance, USA. He has been working in India and abroad with many reputed Yoga Institutes including several Government Hospitals. He has completed Masters in Yoga Therapy from Svyasa University and also holds PG diploma in Yoga from Ann amalai University. He is a full time practitioner who has been training and learning the intricacies of yoga from different traditional styles and disciplines like Sivananda Asram, Isha Yoga, Art of Living, Mysore Style Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Therapy techniques, Thai Yoga Body Works, Body Alignment Workshop etc
Dr. Aneesh
Ayurveda Doctor
Dr. Anish BAMS is an Ayurvedic doctor and he will teach you anatomy classes. Here you will also discuss the benefits of asanas, how to address specific problems, \ or what to avoid during that time.
Jyoti Ji
Yin Yoga Teacher, Pranayama Teacher
Jyoti’s work is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you’ve always been. Through her gentle yet profound guidance, she creates sacred spaces where people can soften, breathe, and return home to themselves. Blending the wisdom of Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, and healing modalities like Reiki, Marma and Sound, her classes invite stillness, reflection, and emotional release. Jyoti’s presence reminds her students that healing doesn’t come from effort, it blooms from awareness, honesty, and grace. Each session becomes a quiet journey inward, where movement becomes meditation.
Mayank Goswami
Hatha, Yoga Alignment and Yoga Anatomy
Yogi Mayank Goswami is a deeply passionate and quite intuitive yoga teacher who blends the traditional roots of yoga with modern-day anatomy and a heartfelt spiritual awareness. With over five years of honest, grounded teaching under his belt, Mayank has already carved out a place for himself in the yoga world-guiding students from many corners of the globe toward safer, more aware, and deeply transformative practice. His journey truly began back in 2019, when a strong inner pull led him to take yoga more seriously, more inwardly. He first enrolled for a Diploma in Yoga from the reputed Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, and soon after, he went on to finish a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), certified by Yoga Alliance USA. And that wasnt the end-he also completed a Master's Degree in Yoga from Uttarakhand University, giving him not just book knowledge but a broader understanding of both ancient yogic thought and scientific perspective.
Sujeesh Jayakumar
Yoga Teacher
With about 3 years of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teaching experience, Sujeesh has students from businessmen to people from national and international organizations. He understands the psychology of different yoga practitioners and is skilled in teaching deeper understandings of yoga. Sujeesh is multilingual with fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
Abhishek Rawat
Yoga Teacher
Born and brought up in the sacred lands of Rishikesh, Abhishek’s interest in yoga began at a tender age when he found himself inclined towards the ancient art of wellness. To fuel his passion, he completed his Master’s Degree in Yoga Science from Sanskrit Gurukul Vishwavidyalaya along with the 500 hours of teacher training. Abhishek studied under esteemed Indian teachers, specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa and alignment-based practices. Through his teachings, he aims to empower others to lead meaningful lives, tapping into their innate potential and embracing the transformative power of yoga.
Dr. Sangeeth Sukumarapillai
Ayurveda Doctor
Dr. Sangeeth Sukumarapillai BAMS is an ayurvedic physician from South Kerala, who also conducts ayurvedic workshops and training programs. He is an experienced instructor in Panchakarma, Yoga and Marma Therapy. Dr. Sangeeth is one of the very few doctors from Kerala who is experienced in traditional ayurveda and massage therapies (Kalari treatments) in Kerala. He trains native and international students regarding ayurvedic treatments.
